MERGER AND ACQUISITION

Development of operational plans to manage an estimated 10 million page document production in support of a major corporate merger culminating in standing up a 24x7 operation to manage document retrievals, scanning, coding and "blow back" of production appropriate documents in support of the FTC filing.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Managed refresh of corporate records policies, realignment of record identification and oversee transmission of 28,000+ banker boxes to a secured repository, creation and delivery of training for shipping/retrieval of records and oversee records destruction activities in accordance with the new corporate records policies. The project wrapped up with recommendations for legal hold policies and procedures.

INHOUSE OPERATIONS

Developed plans to bring key operational activities to a new inhouse business unit inclusive of identifying key business constituents, creating change management recommendations, identifying and meeting with stakeholders to achieve a successful launch as well as ongoing, cost effective, optimal support.
INCREASE EFFICIENCY
Revamped critical business unit operations through team member assessments, reorganizations and strategic hiring, identify processes and technical deficiencies leading to efficient internal and external partnerships and creation of major infrastructure and renovation pipelines to support budgeting and project planning.
